Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Philippines: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery is generally 5-15 business days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
